Finance Executive Saarthi Airways

Saarthi Airways is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Finance Executive to manage the company’s day-to-day financial operations, bookkeeping, and accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate books of accounts and daily financial records.
Record and verify receipts, payments, expenses, purchases, sales, invoices, and vouchers.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, customer collections, and reconciliations.
Perform regular bank reconciliations and monitor banking transactions.
Track outstanding receivables and payables and coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
Prepare monthly MIS, financial statements, cash-flow reports, and expense summaries.
Assist with GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance requirements.




Maintain proper documentation and ensure financial records are complete, accurate, and audit-ready.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Support budgeting, cash-flow management, expense monitoring, and financial planning.
Ensure adherence to internal financial controls, accounting policies, and company procedures.

Requirements:

Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or a related field with 2–5 years of relevant experience. Robust knowledge of accounting principles, Tally/ERP software, MS Excel, GST, and TDS is preferred. The candidate should demonstrate accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, positive communication skills, and solid organisational abilities.
