ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee and manage front desk operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
Handle all walk-ins, calls, and membership inquiries.
Convert trials into paid memberships.
Maintain daily sheets, trial sheets, enquiry sheets, and membership data in the CRM software.
Initiate renewal follow-ups before membership expiry.
Follow up with clients who have taken trial sessions.
Track daily sales performance and report to the Studio Manager.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
