Role & responsibilities

Essential Skills: Should have minimum of 3 years of experience in MES and Manufacturing domainShould have development experience on AprisoGood experience on Process Builder| Machine Integration and Business Integration

Must be proficient in JavaScript/ C# Script and SQL Server/OracleSound knowledge of RDBMS Concept and Object-Oriented ProgrammingHands-on experience troubleshooting| writing and optimizing complex queries| stored procedures| and user-defined functions

Valuable Communication and Articulation skills.

Must understand Manufacturing Operations and Plant floor working model and business process.

Client facing and team handling.Experience in Apriso / MES configurations and leverage out of box solutions to implement custom requirement.Experience on GPMKnowledge of jira/Agile Methodology

Desirable Skills:



MES development and support experience using Dassault Apriso 2017/19| Manufacturing domain experience|oSupport and maintain existing MES Application by prioritizing| analyzing the support tickets / issues.

Providing support on testing of enhancement fix / hot patch oRaising a Problem report and change request for the issues raised by user if resolution of issue needs code change.

Collaborate with the other teams (BI| ERP| IT) to resolves issueswhen other systems are impacted| or other systems are impacting MES

Providing resolution to users for the tickets/ issuesoContribute to Process Improvement activitiesoMES configurations and HMI simulation.oMES to PLC integration Testing

Testing of recent MES and PLC functionalitiesoPLC to MES OPC configuration oMES and PLC training to users
