About Fitspire

Fitspire is a growing health & wellness brand focused on delivering high-quality nutrition products. We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead and scale our online marketplace business.

Key Responsibilities
Lead e-commerce operations across Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
Develop and execute marketplace growth strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Manage product listings, catalog, pricing, inventory, promotions, and campaigns.
Monitor key metrics including sales, revenue, ROAS, conversion rate, traffic, and profitability.
Drive product visibility, rankings, and conversion through continuous optimization.
Analyze market trends, competitors, customer behavior, and marketplace performance.
Plan and manage marketplace advertising and promotional activities.




Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Creative, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
Prepare performance reports and provide actionable business insights.
Identify new marketplace opportunities and strategies for business growth.

Requirements
4+ years of experience in E-Commerce / Marketplace Management.
Strong hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
Proven experience managing marketplace sales and growth.
Solid understanding of P&L;, pricing, inventory, promotions, and marketplace advertising.
Excellent analytical skills with robust proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Experience in D2C, FMCG, Health & Wellness, or Nutrition is preferred.
Robust communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
