Manage end-to-end Aluminium Foundry operations including Sand Casting and Gravity Die Casting processes.
Plan and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
Monitor melting, moulding, pouring, fettling, and finishing operations.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and resources.
Drive rejection reduction, yield improvement, and productivity enhancement initiatives.
Implement process improvements and cost reduction projects.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams to ensure smooth operations.
Handle customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain safety standards, 5S, TPM, and shop floor discipline.
Lead and develop production supervisors, engineers, and operators.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and production schedules.

Key Note

Candidates having experience only in SG Iron Foundry, Grey Iron Foundry, Tool Room, Die Maintenance, CNC Machining, or non-foundry industries will not be considered.

Casting and Gravity Die Casting experience is mandatory.
