Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced E&I; Estimation Engineer responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, MTOs, and technical-commercial proposals for Electrical & Instrumentation scope in Water & Wastewater and EPC projects.

Key Responsibilities
Review tender documents, specifications, drawings, and scope of work for E&I; requirements.
Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, MTOs, man-hour estimates, and detailed cost break-ups.
Estimate electrical and instrumentation works including materials, equipment, installation, testing, and commissioning.
Prepare and review proposals in coordination with Engineering, Procurement, Projects, and Commercial teams.
Evaluate vendor/subcontractor quotations and conduct technical-commercial comparisons.
Participate in pre-bid meetings/site visits and identify project risks, exclusions,



and assumptions.
Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.
Ensure compliance with applicable IEC, ISA, IEEE, IS, and NEC standards.

Technical Requirements
Experience in E&I; estimation for Water & Wastewater Treatment / EPC projects.
Knowledge of MCC, PCC, APFC, PLC panels, transformers, PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems.
Valuable understanding of electrical distribution, instrumentation, cabling, earthing, and related E&I; systems.
Knowledge of procurement processes, vendor coordination, and technical bid evaluation.
Robust analytical, communication, coordination, and commercial skills.
