Role Summary

Engineering Manager will lead a team of Technical Engineers and Lead Engineers (2 to 12 years experience), ensuring delivery of high-quality structural engineering solutions across Industrial, Energy, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, Power, Manufacturing, and Building Construction projects. The role combines technical leadership, people management, project delivery, stakeholder management, and resource planning.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Technical Engineers and Lead Engineers.
Manage project allocation, workload balancing, performance reviews, and team development.
Ensure timely delivery of structural designs, calculations, drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation.
Review and approve engineering deliverables for quality, safety, and code compliance.
Drive adherence to international standards, customer specifications, and engineering best practices.
Collaborate with global engineering teams, project managers, sales teams, and customers.
Support technical proposals, RFQs, RFIs, and value engineering initiatives.
Manage project risks, resource planning, and project execution schedules.
Foster continuous improvement, technical excellence, and innovation within the engineering team.




Act as the primary escalation point for technical and project-related challenges.

Required Technical Skills
Strong background in Structural/Civil Engineering with experience in steel structure design.
Hands-on experience with structural analysis software such as STAAD.Pro, RSTAB, ETABS or similar tools.
Robust understanding of international structural codes and standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D.
Knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD 3D, Inventor, or FEM tools is an advantage.
Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering projects and teams.
