Role Description The ERP Functional Consultant will work on-site at the Noida office in a full time capacity, collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective ERP configurations and workflows. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing existing business processes, gathering and documenting functional requirements, and supporting end-to-end ERP implementations. The role involves configuring ERP modules, coordinating with technical teams for customizations, conducting functional testing, and assisting with data migration and system integration.

The consultant will also prepare user documentation, deliver end-user training,



and provide ongoing functional support to ensure optimal system utilization and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of Business Process design, mapping, and optimization, with experience in business requirement gathering and documentation.
- Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) concepts and hands-on experience with ERP Implementations, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Solid Finance knowledge, including basic accounting principles and financial workflows as they relate to ERP systems.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for problem-solving, data analysis, and process gap identification, with an ability to propose practical solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant ERP certifications are an advantage.
- Experience working as a functional consultant or business analyst in ERP projects, preferably in real estate or related sectors.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functional and technical teams.
- Robust organizational and time-management abilities, with readiness to work on-site in Noida and support multiple projects simultaneously.
