NWe are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to support a global ERP transformation program spanning North America, Europe, and the Middle East. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing ERP-related initiatives while ensuring alignment across business, technology, and external partner teams.

NThis role requires a highly organized and proactive professional with experience managing complex ERP programs in multinational environments. The ERP Project Manager will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, functional leads, implementation partners, and technology teams to drive successful project delivery.

NKey Responsibilities:

NProject Leadership

- Lead the day-to-day execution of ERP implementation, enhancement, and transformation projects.

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.

- Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and budget considerations.
N
- Coordinate activities across business functions, IT, vendors, and leaders across H&P.;
N
- Drive accountability for deliverables and project milestones.
N
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

nStakeholder Management

N

- Build and maintain strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders across multiple regions.
N
- Facilitate project governance meetings, workshops, and steering committee reviews.
N
- Communicate project progress, key decisions, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership.
N




- Ensure alignment between project objectives and strategic business priorities.
N
- Serve as the primary point of coordination between business teams, technical teams, and implementation partners.

nProgram and Delivery Management

- Coordinate requirements gathering, solution design, testing, training, cutover, and deployment activities.
N
- Partner with system integrators, software vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
N
- Monitor project performance and proactively address schedule, quality, and resource concerns.
N
- Support global ERP deployment activities and business process transformation initiatives.
N
- Manage cross-functionaldependencies and drive issue resolution across multiple workstreams.

nRisk and Issue Management

- Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and dependencies.
N
- Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies).
N
- Develop mitigation and contingency plans for critical project challenges.
N
- Escalate significant risks and issues appropriately while driving resolution.
N
- Promote proactive problem-solving and decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

nPMO and Reporting

- Prepare executive-level project status reports, scorecards, and dashboards.
N
- Track project metrics, milestones, budgets, and key performance indicators.
N




- Ensure adherence to project governance standards, methodologies, and documentation requirements.
N
- Facilitate project audits, reviews, and stage-gate approvals as required.

- Support continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and reporting practices.
N

nRequirements:

- Bachelor's degreein information technology, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
N
- 5+ years of project management experience.
N
- 5+ years managing ERP implementation, upgrade, migration, or transformation projects.
N
- Experience working withgeographically dispersed global teams.
N
- Strong understanding ofERP business processes, including:

nPreferred Qualifications

- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.

- Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certification.

- Experience supporting multinational organizations in drilling, manufacturing, energy, industrial, engineering, or shared services environments.

- Experience with financetransformation initiatives and enterprise reporting solutions.

- Familiarity with OracleFCCS, SAP BPC, Power BI, or similar analytics and performance management platforms.

- Experience working across North America, Europe, and Middle East business operations.
