Job DescriptionAbout the Role

NYou will be embedded in the product and delivery team, working closely with engineering leads, product managers, and client-facing teams. You will interface regularly with senior stakeholders — both internal and at client organizations — to ensure programs are defined, tracked, and delivered with precision.

NKey Responsibilities

- Own the full program lifecycle: requirements gathering, sprint planning, milestone tracking, risk management, and release coordination

- Work with engineering teams to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
N
- Drive system integrations with enterprise clients — APIs, SSO, MDM, DLP, and enterprise infrastructure components
N
- Manage technical onboarding for enterprise deployments, ensuring smooth configuration, data migration, and go-live execution
N
- Identify technical bottlenecks, escalate risks proactively, and drive resolution across cross-functional teams
N
- Maintain program dashboards, technical documentation, integration runbooks, and delivery trackers
N
- Collaborate with QA to define test plans, oversee UAT cycles, and ensure quality gates are met before release
N
- Act as the single pointof contact for assigned enterprise accounts post-deployment, managing stakeholder communications and escalations
N
- Coordinate with client CIOs, CISOs, and IT teams to align on timelines, scope changes,



and delivery expectations

- Support the business team in scoping new client requirements, estimating delivery effort, and contributing to proposals
N
- Contribute to client health reviews, ensuring measurable outcomes and long-term retention

nRequirements

- 2 – 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Program Manager, or Technical Project Manager — preferably in a SaaS, enterprise tech, or consulting workplace
N
- Prior experience in a BA or PM role is essential — you must have owned requirements, written specs, and managed delivery timelines
N
- Strong understanding ofenterprise technology environments: APIs, integrations, cloud infrastructure, security protocols, and enterprise IT workflows
N
- Proficiency with program management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, or equivalents) and documentation practices
N
- Exceptional written andverbal communication skills — you must be equally comfortable writing a technical specification and presenting a program update to a CXO
N
- Ability to distil complex technical topics into clear, structured language for both technical and non-technical audiences
N
- High ownership mindset — you notice what needs doing and you do it without being told
N
