Job Summary

- Knowledge of Large generators operation and testing
- Knowledge of Generator and motor components
- Knowledge of High voltage testing equipments upto 13.8KV ratings.
- Knowledge on safety rules while using high voltage equipments.
- Knowledge require for testing methods of Induction motor and DC motor.
- Applicant should be minimum ITI with 10 years experience.

Works to be performed
- Work experience in using testing instruments like Megger, High voltage and low resistance meter.
- Work experience of HV cable termination and control wiring
- Work experience of temperature sensors like PT100 and thermocouple
- Work experience of electrical fault trouble shooting
- Work experience of Generator and motor controls and alternator
- Work experience in Generator & motor site testing and commissioning activities
- Knowledge required on electrical rules and safety at site.
- Knowledge require for electrical insulation materials
- Knowledge required in stator rewinding .
- Knowledge require to verifying the electrical connection
- Positive knowledge of maintaining the job records.
- Knowledge and experience of field testing like partial discharge, tan delta and vibration data collection will be added advantage.
