Role Description
This is a full-time, in office role for an E-Commerce & Accounts Executive based in Pune.
The candidate will support the company’s day-to-day activities related to E-Commerce, Quick Commerce, Digital Marketing and Accounts.
The role will involve handling basic online marketplace activities, coordinating with different platforms, maintaining records, preparing invoices and assisting with accounting work.
Key Responsibilities
Handle basic operations related to E-Commerce and Quick Commerce platforms.
Assist with product listings, pricing, stock updates and order coordination.
Coordinate with online platforms for day-to-day requirements.
Support basic digital marketing activities and online promotions.
Prepare Proforma Invoices, invoices and other required documents.
Maintain sales,
purchase and payment records.
Handle basic accounting entries and documentation.
Work on Tally Prime with GST.
Maintain GST-related records and assist with billing and reconciliation.
Track payments, outstanding amounts and basic account statements.
Coordinate with the sales, accounts and management teams as required.
Maintain reports and records in Excel.
Qualifications
Basic knowledge of E-Commerce and Quick Commerce.
Basic understanding of Digital Marketing.
Good knowledge of Accounting and Finance.
Working knowledge of Tally Prime with GST is required.
Knowledge of invoicing, billing and basic GST documentation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Organised, responsible and comfortable handling multiple tasks.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
Freshers with relevant knowledge or candidates with prior experience may apply.
