Key Responsibilities
Rapid Learning & Application: Dive deep into emerging technologies and up-to-date development tools, applying them directly to real-world business problems and internal projects.
Complex Problem Solving: Assist in the architecture, coding, testing, and deployment of scalable, complex software solutions under the guidance of senior IT professionals.
Knowledge Sharing & Mentorship: Translate what you learn into actionable insights.



You will be expected to conduct micro-training sessions to educate fellow team members and help onboard future current hires.
Collaborative Engineering: Participate actively in brainstorming sessions, code reviews, and troubleshooting to optimize our development lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile
Recent graduate (B.E./B.Tech, B.Sc.

Computer

Science, or related technical field).
Strong foundational programming skills (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++) and a solid understanding of software development life cycles.
Exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to explain complex technical concepts simply to peers.
A highly pro-active individual with an insatiable appetite for learning and a portfolio of academic or self-driven technical projects.
