Hiring Field Sales Executive – Solar House, Lucknow

This is a field sales role. You’ll visit potential customers, generate leads, follow up with interested customers, explain rooftop solar and subsidy details, and close sales.

Salary: ₹10,000–₹11,000/month fixed

Incentive: ₹5,000 for every successfully converted customer

Target bonus: Extra ₹10,000 on completing 5 successful sales in a month

At 5 successful sales, total monthly earnings can be around ₹45,000–₹46,000.

Freshers can apply. Experience in field sales, solar, electrical, real estate, insurance, telecom or direct sales is preferred but not compulsory.

You should be comfortable travelling around Lucknow and meeting customers in person. Own bike/two-wheeler preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
