About the Role:

We are looking for an Executive Producer - Marathi Content to manage the end-to-end production of Marathi films, web series, and TV serials, ensuring effective budgeting, planning, scheduling, execution, and timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end production of Marathi films, web series, and TV serials.
Handle budgeting, production planning, scheduling, and execution.
Coordinate with directors, creative teams, artists, vendors, and production partners.
Monitor production costs, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Ensure projects are completed within approved budgets and timelines.
Manage production-related challenges and ensure smooth execution.
Oversee post-production and final delivery of projects.

Requirements:
7+ years of experience in film, TV, OTT, or regional content production.
Solid experience in budgeting, production execution, and project management.
Positive knowledge of the Marathi entertainment industry.
Robust vendor, stakeholder, negotiation, and communication skills.
