Carry out Breakdown Maintenance and chance maintenance .
Guide subordinates & monitor them to get proper work from them .
Achieve MTTR targets.
Preventive Maintenance.
Machine daily check points verification.
KAIZEN implementation.
Machine 5s improvement.
Shift handling
Preferred candidate profile
Quick and prompt in response and action.
Alert and proactive in recognizing symptoms.
Quick and keen learner.
Maintenance documentation and records.
Knowledge on hydraulic, pneumatics, electrical and mechanical.
Knowledge of documentation of records, reports, drawing, manuals.
