Role Overview - The Front Desk Manager is responsible for overseeing front office operations, leading guest service teams, driving service excellence, and ensuring seamless guest experiences while maintaining operational standards.

Responsibilities -  Manage end-to-end front office operations and guest services  Lead, mentor, and supervise front desk associates  Handle guest escalations, VIP arrivals, and service recovery  Monitor occupancy, room inventory, and operational performance  Ensure compliance with SOPs and audit requirements  Coordinate staffing, shift planning, and team training  Analyze guest feedback and implement service improvements  Prepare operational reports and performance reviews  Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations





Qualifications - 5–7 years of front office experience in hospitality  Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role  Robust leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills  Proficiency in PMS systems, reporting, and guest management  Flexible to work shifts and manage operational challenges

Requirements:  Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality  Strong knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards  Strong leadership, financial, and communication skills
