Position Summary
Role: Field Sales Officer (FSO)
Openings: 2 Positions
Location: North 24 Parganas District, West Bengal (Entire district coverage)
Employment Type: Full-time, Field-based
Reports To: Sales Manager / Distributor Principal

Core Responsibilities
Market Mapping: Identify potential B2B clients, retail shops, commercial complexes, factories, and residential societies.
Lead Generation: Conduct daily cold calls and field visits to generate new sales leads.
Product Demonstration: Conduct live, convincing demonstrations of the Agni Kawach Fire Extinguisher Ball to prospects.
Sales Conversion: Negotiate deals, close sales, and achieve weekly and monthly revenue targets.
Relationship Management: Maintain solid relationships with existing clients to secure repeat orders and referrals.
Reporting:



Submit daily activity reports, market feedback, and sales forecasts to the management.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) passed; Graduate degree is a plus.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in field sales (FMCG, telecom, hardware, or safety equipment sales preferred). Freshers with solid communication skills may apply.
Language: Fluent in Bengali and Hindi. Basic understanding of English.
Local Knowledge: Thorough geographical familiarity with the North 24 Parganas district.
Mobility: Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and a smartphone.
Attributes: Robust negotiation skills, self-motivated, and target-driven.

Compensation & Benefits
Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
