Key Responsibilities
Visit customer sites for installation, servicing, and maintenance of equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical, electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance as per service schedules.
Attend customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Conduct equipment inspections and identify potential technical issues.
Replace defective components and perform necessary repairs.
Maintain accurate service reports, visit reports, and maintenance records.
Provide customers with basic technical guidance and operating instructions.
Coordinate with the Regional Service Coordinator and central technical teams for issue resolution.
Maintain service tools, spare parts, and other required equipment.
Follow company safety procedures and customer-site safety requirements.
