Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate quality leads, drive website traffic, and improve customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media, email marketing, and other digital channels.
Plan and manage digital marketing budgets to achieve maximum ROI.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, and ROI.
Manage website, landing pages, and online promotional activities.
Develop strategies for lead generation, remarketing, and customer acquisition.
Coordinate with content, creative, sales, and social media teams.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify current growth opportunities.
Track website and campaign performance using GA4 and other analytics/reporting tools.
Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, algorithms,



and best practices.
Manage and coordinate with external agencies or vendors when required.
Ensure all digital campaigns are aligned with the company's brand and business objectives.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing preferred.
Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media, and analytics.
Experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
Valuable understanding of GA4, conversion tracking, remarketing, and campaign optimization.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, planning, and project-management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Results-oriented and comfortable working with performance targets.
