We're looking for a Food Technologist to join our R&D; team and help develop, optimize, and scale plant-based milk alternatives (oat, almond, soy, pea, coconut, and emerging protein sources). You'll work at the intersection of food science, sensory quality, and manufacturing to create products that taste excellent, perform well, and meet nutritional and regulatory standards such as Government and BRCGS standards.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and reformulate plant-based milk products, improving taste, texture, mouthfeel, and stability
Conduct bench-top trials and scale up successful formulations to pilot and full production
Troubleshoot processing issues related to homogenization, HTST treatment, emulsification, and shelf-life stability
Work closely with suppliers to source and evaluate current plant protein, fat, and functional ingredients




Run sensory evaluation panels and analyze consumer feedback to guide reformulation
Ensure formulations comply with food safety regulations, labeling laws, and nutritional claims (e.g., FDA, EFSA, or local equivalents)
Manage shelf-life and stability testing programs
Collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance, and Packaging teams to ensure smooth technology transfer from lab to factory
Maintain detailed technical documentation, including formulations, specifications, and trial reports
Stay current on trends and innovations in plant-based dairy alternatives, novel proteins, and sustainable ingredients
