Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive candidate for IT Desktop Support and ERP MM Module support. The candidate will be responsible for handling desktop-related issues, user support, system maintenance, and assisting users in Material Management (MM) activities in ERP.

Preferred candidate profile
Installation and configuration of desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.
Troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and email issues.
Providing technical support to end users.
Installation and maintenance of Windows OS and application software.
Managing antivirus updates, system backups, and user accounts.
Coordinating with vendors for hardware repairs and AMC support.
Maintaining IT asset records and i nventory.

ERP MM Module Support
Supporting users in ERP MM Module operations.




Handling material master creation and updates.
Assisting in Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO), GRN, and inventory transactions.
Monitoring stock and material movement entries.
Providing ERP user training and issue resolution.
Coordinating with purchase, stores, and accounts departments for ERP-related activities.
Preparing reports and MIS from ERP system.

Required Skills
Knowledge of desktop troubleshooting and basic networking.
Experience in ERP MM Module.
Valuable understanding of procurement, inventory, and store operations.
Knowledge of MS Office and Excel.

Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
