Key Responsibilities:
Lead the complete Accounts & Finance function.
Manage budgeting, financial planning, MIS and cash-flow management.
Oversee hospital revenue, receivables, payables and cost control.
Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
Handle internal/statutory audits and financial reporting.
Monitor TPA/Insurance receivables and collections.
Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS and variance reports.
Strengthen internal controls and identify financial leakages.
Provide strategic financial inputs to Senior Management.




Lead and manage the Accounts & Finance team.

Candidate Profile:
CA Qualified with 8–12 years of relevant experience.
Hospital/Healthcare finance experience preferred.
Solid knowledge of accounting, taxation, budgeting and financial controls.
Excellent Excel/ERP/Tally and MIS reporting skills.
Solid leadership, analytical and communication skills.
High integrity and accountability.
