Role Overview
Job Goal: Combine visual design and front-end layout skills to build attractive brand identities and functional web pages.
Core Tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, and HTML/CSS and wordpress

Key Responsibilities
Web Design: Build website wireframes, mockups, and responsive page layouts for mobile and desktop.
Graphic Design: Design marketing assets, including social media graphics, banners, logos, brochures, and print media.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual outputs align with company or client style guidelines.
Collaboration: Work alongside marketing teams, content creators, and developers to launch campaigns and site updates.
Testing & Maintenance: Check web layouts across different browsers and fix front-end visual issues.

Responsibilities Below are some of the responsibilities a web designer is expected to assume:
Create wireframes or mockups for web pages and applications
Design layouts for mobile, tablet, and desktop devices
Create branding and identity systems for websites, apps, and other media
Design graphics, icons, and logos
Design custom WordPress themes
Work with developers to implement visual elements of websites
Research and evaluate recent design trends




Establish and maintain design standards and best practices

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets Below are the qualifications expected of a web designer:
Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field
Experience as a graphic designer or in a related field
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign, QuarkXPress, and Illustrator
A robust eye for visual design and composition
Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design
Experience with computer-aided design

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 1 to 3+ years of professional design experience.
Education: A degree or diploma in graphic design, web design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Technical Skills: Solid grasp of typography, color theory, layout principles, and basic HTML/CSS coding.
Portfolio: A professional portfolio showcasing past digital and print design work

Pay: ₹10,341.67 - ₹25,000.00 per month
