Job OverviewWe are seeking a proactive, detailed-oriented, and hospitable Desk Attendant for our Housekeeping Department. In this role, you will serve as the central communication link for housekeeping operations, ensuring smooth coordination between guests, room attendants, front desk, and management.

Key Responsibilities
Control Desk Management: Answer incoming calls, handle guest requests, and log queries or maintenance complaints promptly.
Task Assignment & Dispatch: Assign guest requests, room cleaning schedules, and extra amenities to housekeeping room attendants.
Inventory & Key Control: Maintain accurate records of room keys, lost and found items, cleaning supplies,



and guest amenities.
Coordination: Coordinate closely with the Front Desk regarding check-ins, check-outs, special guest requests, and room readiness status.
Record Keeping: Maintain daily departmental logs, attendance registers, duty rosters, and stock consumption reports.

Key Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Prior experience as a Housekeeping Desk Attendant, Front Desk Executive, or Order Taker in a hotel, resort, or ashram setting is preferred.
Communication Skills: Good command over basic English and Hindi for smooth guest and team communication.
Computer Basics: Basic knowledge of computer operations and record-keeping software.
Personality: Polite, patient, and dedicated with strong organizational skills.
