Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and other assigned areas.
Make beds, change bed linen, towels, and other room amenities as required.
Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all room surfaces.
Replenish toiletries, drinking water, stationery, minibar items, and other guest supplies.
Ensure rooms are properly arranged according to hotel standards.
Check that all room facilities and equipment are in proper working condition and report defects immediately.
Respond politely and professionally to guest requests.
Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude while respecting guest privacy.
Handle guest belongings carefully and follow the hotel's Lost & Found procedure.
