Position: HR Assistant

Key Responsibilities
Assist the HR team in day-to-day HR operations and administration.
Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
Handle attendance, leave, late-coming, and absentee records.
Assist with recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
Coordinate employee joining formalities and onboarding for current recruits.
Prepare and maintain joining documents, employee checklists, and HR reports.
Assist in payroll inputs, attendance verification, incentives, deductions, and other monthly HR data.
Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements and employee-related matters.
Support employee engagement activities, meetings, training programs, and HR initiatives.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
Assist with statutory compliance documentation such as PF, ESI, and other HR-related records.




Prepare regular HR MIS reports and maintain proper documentation.
Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by the HR Manager.

Qualification
Any Degree / MBA – HR preferred.
Positive knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word, and email communication.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation.

Experience 0–2 years of experience in HR/HR Administration preferred.

Freshers with positive communication and computer skills may also be considered.

Candidate Profile A proactive, organized, and responsible candidate who can efficiently support the HR Manager and dealership operations in day-to-day HR activities. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
