What You Will Do:

Your role will involve delivering human resources work to a high standard, working closely with your team and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include
Providing day-to-day HR support and advice to employees and managers on topics such as employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to support organizational goals.
Collaborating with HR and cross-functional teams on projects related to employee engagement, retention, and talent development.
Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a positive experience for new hires.
Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Your Profile: You will bring relevant human resources experience,



along with the following qualifications and skills.

Required qualifications and experience
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in an HR role, with knowledge of employee relations, HR policies, and employment law.
Should have solid experience in Macros.
Solid interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide explicit and empathetic support to employees.
Valuable organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
A proactive and solutions-oriented approach, with a commitment to continuous improvement in HR practices.
