About Zookerr

Zookerr is a growing company looking for an organized, responsible, and people-focused HR Assistant to support our recruitment and day-to-day HR activities.

Job Responsibilities
Assist in posting job openings on Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Contact candidates and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers regarding recruitment requirements.
Maintain employee and candidate records.
Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.
Prepare offer letters, joining documents, and other HR-related paperwork.
Track attendance, leaves, and employee information.
Respond to basic employee queries and provide HR support.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Assist with general administrative and HR tasks whenever required.

Requirements
Graduate or currently pursuing/completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.




Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Comfortable using MS Excel, Word, email, and online job portals.
Valuable organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to communicate professionally with candidates.
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

Preferred Skills
Experience with Indeed or other recruitment/job portals.
Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
Recruitment or HR internship experience will be an advantage.
