Job Responsibilities:
Conduct technical training sessions based on the required skill area.
Conduct interactive classroom sessions with practical examples and exercises.
Prepare training materials and assessments.
Evaluate participant performance and provide feedback.
Address participant queries and provide guidance.
Customize training based on participant requirements.
Maintain attendance and submit training reports.
Requirements:
Experience as a Technical Trainer or in delivering technical training.
Solid knowledge of the relevant technical domain.
Positive communication and presentation skills.
Ability to conduct engaging offline training sessions.
Must be available for onsite training in Bangalore.
