Role Description The Human Resources Executive is a full time, in office role based in Thrissur. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, overseeing attendance and leave management, and supporting recruitment and onboarding activities.

Executive will administer HR policies, assist in performance management processes, and help resolve employee queries and concerns in a fair and consistent manner. The role also includes coordinating training and development initiatives, supporting compliance with labor laws and company standards, and contributing to a positive, inclusive work culture aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications
Solid foundation in Human Resources (HR) with experience in HR Management and HR Operations.
Proficiency in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives.
Knowledge in HR statutory compliance (EPF, ESI, etc)
Ability to develop, implement,



and maintain HR Policies in line with organizational and legal requirements.
Solid understanding of recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and training processes.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain confidentiality and integrity.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a similar HR role
Familiarity with HR software and basic proficiency in MS Office tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
