About the Role

IRAA Digital Marketing is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of branding, social media design, and visual communication, with the ability to create engaging and professional designs for different brands and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Create creative designs for social media platforms, advertisements, websites, and marketing campaigns.
Develop social media posts, stories, banners, promotional creatives, and marketing materials.
Work on branding projects including logos, brand guidelines, and visual identities.
Design brochures, flyers, presentations, packaging, and other marketing collateral.
Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to understand creative requirements.
Maintain consistency in brand identity across all designs.
Stay updated with current design trends and social media formats.




Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.

Requirements
Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
Knowledge of Figma or other design tools is an added advantage.
Good understanding of typography, colour theory, layouts, and branding.
Strong creative and conceptual thinking.
Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into high-quality designs.
Good communication and time-management skills.
A solid portfolio showcasing previous design work is required.
