HR Executive – Car Showroom (Ambattur) Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year Location: Ambattur, Chennai Job Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, service, and showroom staff. Manage onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, and leave records. Coordinate payroll inputs and maintain HR MIS reports.
Support employee engagement activities and grievance handling. Ensure compliance with HR policies, PF, ESI, and statutory requirements. Maintain employee records and assist in performance management.
Requirements: Any Degree/MBA in HR preferred. 0.6–1 year of HR experience. Positive communication skills in Tamil & English. Knowledge of MS Excel and HR operations.
