We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and compassionate candidates to join our Emergency Department as Patient Relations Executives (PRE). The role involves assisting patients and attendants, coordinating with hospital departments, and ensuring a smooth patient experience during emergency visits.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients and attendants visiting the Emergency Department.
Coordinate patient registration, admissions, and departmental processes.
Guide patients and families regarding hospital services and procedures.
Act as a liaison between patients, doctors, nursing staff, diagnostics, billing, and other departments.
Ensure timely coordination of investigations, consultations, and patient movement.
Address patient queries and provide appropriate assistance.
Support patient admissions, transfers, and discharge processes.
Maintain accurate records and documentation as per hospital protocols.
Ensure high standards of patient service and satisfaction.
Follow hospital policies,



confidentiality guidelines, and quality standards.

Qualification
Any Graduate or Post Graduate.
BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, BA, BHM, MHM, MBA, MHA graduates preferred.

Experience
Freshers can apply.
Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in hospitals, healthcare, customer service, hospitality, front office, or patient relations will have an added advantage.

Skills Required
Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
Robust interpersonal and customer service skills.
Positive attitude and patient-centric approach.
Good coordination and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
