HR Intern – Recruitment & HR Operations

Location: Kalher, Bhiwandi, Thane

Department: Human Resources

Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year

Duration: 3–6 Months

We are looking for an HR Intern who is interested in building a career in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, with exposure to basic HR Operations.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment – Major Role
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and other channels.
Screen CVs and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and HODs.
Conduct candidate follow-ups and maintain recruitment trackers.
Support the HR team in closing open positions.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment MIS.
HR Operations – Supporting Role
Assist with employee joining and onboarding activities.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support attendance,



leave and HRMS activities.
Assist in employee engagement, training and other HR initiatives.

Requirements
MBA/PGDM/BBA/B.Com, preferably with HR specialization.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn and take ownership.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
