Role & responsibilities
Supervise cashiers and daily cash counter operations.
Ensure accurate billing, payments, and cash handling.
Manage cash reconciliation and daily closing.
Monitor UPI, card, cash, and other transactions.
Resolve billing/customer issues and support smooth checkout.
Train and guide cashiers on SOPs and cash-handling procedures.
Prepare cash and transaction reports and ensure compliance.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate with 5 to 7 years of working experience as cashier in any retail.
Experience in handling cashiers and cash counter operations.
Positive knowledge of POS, billing, UPI, card, and cash transactions.
Robust cash reconciliation and accuracy skills.
Positive customer service and communication skills.
Responsible, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.
Ability to lead and train cashier staff.
