We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist & Talent Acquisition skilled with exposure to the Oil & Gas/EPC/Engineering industry. The role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment along with core HR operations and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, corporate, and support functions.
Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, and internal databases.
Coordinate interviews, offer discussions, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
Partner with business/HODs to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.
Handle HR operations including onboarding, employee documentation, HRIS/HRMS updates, attendance, leave, and employee records.
Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and HR initiatives.




Assist in performance management, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit processes.
Prepare and maintain HR MIS, recruitment trackers, and management reports.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable statutory requirements.

Desired Skills
Valuable understanding of Oil & Gas / EPC / Engineering manpower requirements.
Robust sourcing and stakeholder-management skills.
Good communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/HRIS.
Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of HR processes and employment laws/statutory compliance will be an added advantage.
