Job Summary

Sujatha School, Moinabad is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Executive to oversee day-to-day human resource operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, attendance management, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Candidates with prior experience in the education sector will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updating of HR documentation.
Administer attendance, leave, and employee timekeeping systems.
Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accuracy in employee compensation.
Support statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, Qualified Tax, and other applicable labour laws.
Prepare HR reports, employment letters, contracts, confirmations, and other employee-related documentation.
Assist in performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.




Handle employee queries professionally and maintain positive employee relations.
Ensure compliance with school policies, HR procedures, and organizational standards.
Collaborate with school leadership and administrative departments to support smooth HR operations.

Qualifications
MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification.
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant HR experience.
Experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR/payroll software.
Robust verbal and written communication skills in English.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in the education sector or school administration will be an added advantage.
