Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding for RCM profiles such as Medical Coding, Medical Billing etc.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Manage salary discussions, offer rollouts, and joining follow-ups.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of requirements.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
Skills Required:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust sourcing and follow-up skills.
Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and work with targets.
