Job Summary

Sky Ocean Shipping is seeking a professional and proactive HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and support recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling HR responsibilities with confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, and leave management.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
Support payroll processing and provide required HR data.
Address employee queries and coordinate HR-related requirements.
Prepare HR reports and maintain necessary documentation.
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day HR operations and company policies.

Qualifications &
Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 years of relevant HR experience.
Solid communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Valuable working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple priorities effectively.
Experience in the shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding industry will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
