Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations in partnership with the Recruitment Team and Business Stakeholders.
Ensure accurate maintenance and regular updation of employee records in HRMS.
Conduct welcome calls for offered candidates to align expectations and ensure joining readiness.
Connect with current employees during their early tenure to capture feedback and drive actionable insights.
Communicate company policies and procedures to promote a positive and compliant work setting.
Address employee queries, resolve concerns, and escalate issues through proper ticketing mechanisms when required.
Share employee feedback insights and reports with relevant stakeholders on a regular basis.
Conduct personal and skilled reference checks for all new hires.
Pay: ₹11,026.93 - ₹33,135.49 per month
