Key Responsibilities
Blue-Collar HR Management
Manage joining, onboarding, transfers, attendance, and exits.
Handle employee grievances, discipline, and absenteeism.
Coordinate manpower requirements with supervisors.
Resolve employee queries related to HR, salary, leave, PF, and ESIC.
Payroll & Salary
Process monthly payroll and verify attendance.
Manage overtime, incentives, deductions, and advances.
Coordinate with Accounts for salary processing.
Prepare payroll reports and MIS.
PF & ESIC
Manage PF and ESIC registrations and updates.
Handle employee additions, exits, and corrections.
Support PF/ESIC claims and employee queries.
Maintain statutory records.
Labour Compliance
Ensure applicable labour law compliance.
Maintain statutory registers and records.
Monitor wages, working hours, overtime, leave, and holidays.
Coordinate with consultants,



auditors, and authorities.
Attendance & Leave
Manage daily attendance and absenteeism.
Monitor shifts, late coming, overtime, and leave.
Resolve attendance discrepancies with supervisors.
HR Documentation & MIS
Maintain employee files and KYC documents.
Maintain payroll, attendance, leave, PF, and ESIC records.
Prepare HR reports and MIS.
Employee Relations
Act as the first HR point of contact for workers.
Handle grievances and workplace concerns.
Support disciplinary processes and employee engagement.

Requirements
Graduate in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in HR Operations/Generalist roles.
Experience in manufacturing, factory, or blue-collar HR preferred.
Knowledge of Payroll, PF, ESIC, Attendance, and Labour Compliance.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Working knowledge of MS Excel/HRMS preferred.
