Experience: 5+ years in HR Generalist / HR Operations.
Should have experience in end-to-end HR activities.
Handle recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll inputs and employee records.
Manage employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.
Handle HR policies and statutory compliance.
Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
Manage exit formalities and full & final coordination.
Valuable communication and people-management skills.
Experience in a manufacturing/stitching unit will be preferred.
