Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate HR Faculty to train and mentor students in Human Resource Management and help them develop practical knowledge and industry-ready skills.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging classes on Human Resource Management.
Teach topics such as recruitment, selection, onboarding, payroll, performance management, employee relations, and HR policies.
Provide practical examples and industry-based case studies.
Conduct assignments, assessments, presentations, and activities.
Guide students in developing HR and skilled skills.
Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback.




Support students with interview and career preparation.
Coordinate with the academic team to ensure effective training delivery.

Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Solid knowledge of HR concepts and practices.
Valuable communication and presentation skills.
Teaching, training, or industry experience in HR is preferred.
Ability to engage and mentor students effectively.
