: HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer coordination.
Handle onboarding, induction, employee documentation, and offboarding formalities.
Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leave records, and employee databases.
Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, PT, gratuity, bonus, and other applicable labour laws.
Coordinate performance management activities, appraisals, and employee feedback.
Address employee queries, support engagement initiatives, and maintain HR policies and records.

Requirements
Relevant experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in the shipping or logistics industry.




Valuable knowledge of payroll processes and statutory compliance.
Robust communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to independently manage end-to-end HR operations.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/payroll software.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
