We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to support our recruitment team in sourcing and coordinating candidates for various industrial and corporate requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media and databases.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial candidate communication and follow-ups.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.




Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Assist the recruitment team in daily hiring activities.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining.

Requirements
Graduate / pursuing graduation in HR, Management or a related field.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
Willingness to learn recruitment and staffing processes.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
