Key Responsibilities
Manage overall business operations and coordinate with department heads.
Monitor Manufacturing, HR, and Sales departments.
Ensure smooth coordination of production, manpower, materials, inventory, and dispatch.
Review departmental performance, MIS, KPIs, and reports.
Improve systems, SOPs, workflows, and operational efficiency.
Manage vendors, procurement, inventory, and operational requirements.
Conduct review meetings and ensure timely execution of action plans.
Resolve day-to-day operational and interdepartmental issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality, and safety standards.
Coordinate with senior management on performance and improvement plans.
Take responsibility for overall productivity, coordination, and execution.
10 + years of experience in FMCG.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate
Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
