HR Manager | DACBY
We’re looking for an HR Manager to own hiring, employee management, HR operations and company culture as DACBY continues to scale.
Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end recruitment and hiring.
Manage onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination and exits.
Handle employee concerns, conflicts and performance issues.
Build HR policies, processes and performance systems.
Drive employee engagement and a strong work culture.
Track HR metrics including hiring, attrition and performance.
Looking for:
1–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a startup/e-commerce setting.
Strong communication and people-management skills.
High ownership, maturity and problem-solving ability.
Comfortable handling difficult conversations and making tough decisions.
Ability to work independently in a quick-paced workplace.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
