HR Manager – Generalist

Location: Koramangala, Bangalore

Industry: Co-working / Adaptable Workspace

Experience: 9–10 years

Salary: Up to ₹70,000 per month

We are hiring an experienced HR Generalist for our client in the co-working space industry. Candidates from hospitality, hotels, serviced apartments, co-working or managed workspace environments are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle.
Handle recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and retention.
Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination and HR documentation.
Handle employee relations, grievances and performance management.
Ensure statutory compliance and implementation of HR policies.
Coordinate with management and department heads on manpower and HR requirements.




Manage day-to-day HR administration and workplace requirements.

Requirements:
8–10 years of relevant HR Generalist experience.
Hospitality/hotel or co-working/versatile workspace experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to independently manage HR functions in a fast-paced service workplace.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
