About The Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented

HR Manager – Recruitment to lead end-to-end hiring and talent acquisition initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in

IT and Non-IT recruitment

, stakeholder management, and building effective hiring strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Handle IT & Non-IT hiring across various departments and levels.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, consultants, and campus hiring.
Conduct initial screening, HR interviews, salary negotiations, and offer closures.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and meet hiring targets.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.




Track recruitment metrics, TAT, and hiring performance.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience and timely onboarding.

Requirements
3–4 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
Robust experience in IT & Non-IT hiring.
EdTech/FinTech experience preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions in a fast-paced workplace.
Strong ownership and target-oriented approach.
